| Major Purpose |

Reporting to the Project Director, Adaptation in Action (Track 2), the Manager, Impacts and Performance – Adaptation in Action leads the monitoring, evaluation and learning function for Track 2 by strengthening results-based management; overseeing project-level impact verification and program-level performance measurement and reporting; and advancing data governance and continuous improvement. In alignment with FCM’s values, the role manages a small team delivering impact and performance activities; supports governance and planning/reporting cycles; and builds effective relationships with federal partners, FCM/GMF governance bodies, and municipal and sector stakeholders. |

The future of work at FCM includes a hybrid work model; therefore, this role will be a combination of virtual and on-site work. The successful candidate is required live within 80kms of downtown Ottawa and be authorized to work in Canada.
